The Frontline Citizen Reporting Portal allows citizens to report various issues. This includes reporting non-emergency situations to the police department, such as out-of-service streetlights or concerns about at-risk residents. The police department can then check on these individuals and keep their information on file for future reference, should they need to reach another point of contact.
