Resources for Seniors

The Prince Georges County Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) assists older adults, individuals with disabilities and family members with navigating long-term care services and support system.

The ADRC also provides information, assistance, referrals, and options counseling to empower people to make informed decisions about accessing public and private programs that enhance their quality of life.

Things to Do

  • Visit the Go Kart Track for family friendly fun.
  • Take a visit to Eco City Farms, the first farm in edmonston that became the base of programs and projects. They grow fruits and vegetable all year long in an ecofriendly way.
  • Take a walk, ride your bike or jog down the Anacostia River trails.
