Here is what you do.
- Watch all five Doctor’s Orders videos.
- Answer the survey questions to all five of the videos.
- Send your answers as an email attachment to: townhall@edmonstonmd.gov.
Include your name and telephone number and we will arrange pickup of your backpack.
